These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governyour use of the services provided by Sightseeing London (operated byLondoner Buses LTD) and any bookings or purchases made through our platform. Byaccessing, browsing, or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound bythese Terms.

1. Company Information

Sightseeing London is owned and operated byLondoner Buses LTD (“Sightseeing London”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Role of Sightseeing London

  1. Reseller & Agent: Sightseeing     London acts as an online travel agent (OTA). We resell tours and     experiences operated by third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). In such     cases, Sightseeing London acts as an agent on behalf of the     Supplier. The contract for the provision of the travel service is between     you and the Supplier.
  2. Affiliate Links: In some cases, our     platform redirects you to other online travel agencies (“OTAs”) or     Supplier websites via affiliate links. When you make a booking via such     links, your contract is directly with the third-party OTA or Supplier, not     with Sightseeing London.
  3. Support: While Sightseeing London     is not a party to bookings made via third-party platforms, we aim to     provide customer support and guidance where possible to assist you in     resolving issues with the Supplier or OTA.
  4. No Liability for Third Parties: We     are not responsible for:
       
    • the accuracy of third-party platforms,
      •  
    • the fulfilment or quality of services purchased from third      parties, or
      •  
    • any disputes arising from bookings made with third parties.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all information provided during booking is     accurate.
  • Comply with any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant     Supplier or OTA.
  • Familiarise yourself with the cancellation, refund, and     amendment policies of the Supplier or OTA you book with.

4. Complaints & Issues

  1. Bookings Made Directly with Sightseeing London: If your booking was processed and payment was taken directly     through Sightseeing London, please contact us first regarding any     complaints, service issues, amendments, or refund requests. We will liaise     with the relevant Supplier on your behalf where appropriate.
  2. Bookings Made via Affiliate Links or Third-Party OTAs: If your booking was completed on a third-party Supplier’s     platform or another OTA’s platform, you must raise any complaints, service     issues, amendments, or refund requests directly with that Supplier or OTA,     as they are the contracting party.
  3. Support & Advice: Even if your     booking was completed via a Supplier or OTA platform, you may still     contact us for guidance and support. While we cannot process refunds or     enforce resolutions for bookings not made directly with Sightseeing     London, we will do our best to provide advice and point you in the right     direction.

5. Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracyof prices, availability, and descriptions displayed by Sightseeing London.However, this information may be provided directly by Suppliers and is subjectto change without notice. Sightseeing London accepts no liability for errors,omissions, or changes beyond our control.

6. Payment Security

Where payments are processed directlythrough Sightseeing London, transactions are handled securely through trustedthird-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your fullpayment card details. Responsibility for fraud prevention, paymentauthorisation, and chargebacks lies with the payment provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Englishlaw:

  • Sightseeing London shall not be liable for any loss, damage,     injury, delay, or expense arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence     of any Supplier or third party.
  • We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of     information provided by Suppliers or displayed on linked platforms.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for     a booking made directly through Sightseeing London.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Sightseeing London,including text, images, branding, and logos, is owned or licensed by LondonerBuses LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our priorwritten consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Englandand Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction ofthe courts of England and Wales.

10. Force Majeure

Neither Sightseeing London nor any Suppliershall be liable for failure or delay in performance of their obligations wheresuch failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but notlimited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, industrial disputes,war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use Sightseeing London forany unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm, disrupt, or impair thefunctionality of the platform or the experience of other users.

12. Third-Party Links

Sightseeing London may contain links tothird-party platforms or services that we do not control. We are notresponsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those platforms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found tobe invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continuein full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our PrivacyPolicy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sightseeing Londonregarding your use of our services and supersede all prior communications orrepresentations.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time totime. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continueduse of Sightseeing London indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
